Hi there!
My name is Brendan White, and I’m a fully qualified chef with 19 years’ experience. I’ve worked across the country, including Leeds Castle. In my previous role as Head Chef, I developed menus to suit a variety of dining needs and budgets, catering for large dining rooms, small dining parties and outdoor events.
​
After going into lockdown in 2020, I started up my own business to bring restaurant quality food to peoples' homes as all the restaurants were shut. It was then I discovered my love for catering to people in their own homes as a private contractor. Since then I’ve also become a nominated caterer for one of Leeds Castle’s venues, Battel Hall.

I deliver a unique dining experience to your home, garden or hired venue, sourcing high quality local food. As well as my sample menus built around flavour profiles from around the world, I can also create a bespoke menu tailored to your specific needs. I even do the washing up afterwards, leaving you to enjoy your precious time with your friends and loved ones. ​​
As the business has grown, so has my team of experienced chefs and waiting staff to help me with larger dinner parties and events.

For BBQ events you will have the opportunity to meet my custom made smoker named "Gordon" after my late grandfather and his love of trains.

Behind the scenes, I am supported by my family, such as my father who helped me set up the business, and my wonderful, talented, supportive, clever, beautiful wife who updates the website.
