Hi there!

 

My name is Brendan White, and I’m a fully qualified chef with 17 years’ experience. I’ve worked across the country, including Leeds Castle. In my previous role as Head Chef, I developed menus to suit a variety of dining needs and budgets, catering for large dining rooms, small dining parties and outdoor events.

After going into lockdown in 2020, I started up my own business to bring restaurant quality food to peoples homes as all the restaurants were shut.  It was then I discovered my love for catering to people in their own homes as a private contractor. Since then I’ve also become a nominated caterer for one of Leeds Castle’s venues, Battel Hall.

I deliver a unique dining experience to your home, garden or hired venue, sourcing high quality local food. As well as my sample menus built around traditional British cuisine, I can also create a bespoke menu tailored to your specific needs. I even do the washing up afterwards, leaving you to enjoy your precious time with your friends and loved ones.
